R.K. Smith principal moves on to the state competition
St. Charles Parish Public Schools, nestled along the banks of the Mississippi River in southeast Louisiana, has been at the forefront of education and a leader among public schools in Louisiana since the mid 1970’s. Led by Superintendent Felecia Gomez-Walker and eight board members, the school system is home to more than 9,800 students and 1,700 employees. The Hahnville Tigers advanced to the quarterfinals of the football playoffs and will host Covington on Friday, Nov. 24. Tickets are $10 and available at the ticket booth prior to kickoff at 7 p.m. The ticket booth and gates to the stadium will open at 5 p.m. Good luck, Tigers!
