Welcome to Ms.Murphy's Homepage, 

I am very excited about beginning my 5th year teaching at Norco Elementary. Before coming to NES, I was a Special Education Facilitator for 5 years.  Prior to that, I taught at Harry Hurst Middle School for 8 years. I have been teaching in St.  Charles Parish for 18 years.  

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and certification in Special Education from the University of New Orleans.  I received National Board Certification in 2009 and recertified in 2019.

I am looking forward to a wonderful year at NES!
