Your assignments for the 4th quarter will consist of working out and reflecting on the workouts. You will connect to one of the following platforms and follow the structured workouts.

Attached you will see an activity log that is separated by days. Each day you will have to document the name of the exercises and the reps or rounds completed. At the end of the week, you will reflect on your week's workouts. The activity log and reflection should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
