REGISTRATION:

• The Before and After School Child Care (BASCC) Program (PK4- 5^th grade) online open enrollment applications for the 2022-2023 school year will be accepted May 9-20, 2022 for students entering grades PK4-5th.
• All families wanting to use the program will need to submit an online application, regardless of if your child/children have been previously enrolled.

ENROLLMENT:

• Upon provisional approval of your online application, you will be notified to proceed with submitting registration fees along with the 2022-2023 BASCC Registration Payment Submission Form that will be provided, to your child's BASCC host site during BASCC hours.
• This registration form and payment must be received by May 25, 2022.
• Families will be notified of their child’s acceptance into the program by June 13, 2022.
• Due to operational limitations on attendance, participation in the program is not guaranteed.
