Welcome to my math class. This is my 16th year teaching and my 11th year at Hurst. I'm looking forward to a wonderful school year. 

I teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Gifted Math and an additional 8th grade Math class.

I will be incorporating Google Classroom with our district-provided Chromebooks. Google Classroom is a tool that allows me to post announcements and reminders for students. It also allows for class assignments and submissions to be posted and collected digitally. All weekly agendas and daily assignments will be posted in your child's Google Classroom. You can also find homework assignments under the calendar for your child's grade level.

To access Google Classroom please use the following link http://classroom.google.com/ and have your child log into their Google account. Once logged in, you can review class announcements, assignments and course information. You can also view Google Docs from the "Google Classroom" link on the left side of the menu.
