Welcome to my class.  This is my 24th year teaching and my 21st year at Lakewood Elementary School.  I am looking forward to a very rewarding and memorable year teaching your student.  I will teach fourth grade math and science this year. 

I am a proud graduate of Hahnville High School.

  • This year I will incorporate Google Classroom with our district provided Chromebooks. Google Classroom is a tool that allows me to post announcements and reminders for students. It also allows for class assignments and submissions to be posted and collected digitally.

    To access Google Classroom please use the following link https://classroom.google.com/ and have your child log in to their Google account. Once logged in, you can review class announcements, assignments and course information. You can also view Google Docs from the "Google Classroom" link on the left side of the menu.

    Our daily schedule begins with students in their homeroom classes and switching to their switch teacher's class in the middle of the day.  The students will then go through their subjects, and they will be dismissed from their switch teacher's classroom at the end of the day.
