Greetings Mudbugs!

First of all, I just want you all to know that I miss you all SO much.  Not being able to hug you, greet you daily and have our usual talks makes me sad some days.  However, we have to practice social distancing in order for us to be able to get back together healthy and strong.  I miss you all and I'll see you soon.   Please look under the Documents or Files Tab for COVID19 activities that you'll find useful during this time.

Welcome to my page.  This is my 11th year as School Counselor and my 8th year at New Sarpy Elementary School.  I am looking forward to encouraging your child's growth personally, socially and emotionally.   I will work with students in Classroom Guidance Lessons on feelings, self esteem, conflict resolution, friendship and so much more.

As your School Counselor, I am able to advocate for your children and help assist administrators, staff, teachers and families.  By utilizing literature, music, informative videos and art, I hope to enable our students to achieve their goals and to become responsible, productive and enthusiastic life-long learners.

Thank you for taking the time to view my webpage. I hope our efforts help make this school year a peaceful and productive one for everyone!

    What is Gratitude:

Kid President's 25 Reasons to be Thankful:

Gratitude is something we must remember.  Even though we are home, it's important to remember that we are safe and with our families.  I'm most thankful for all of my students at New Sarpy Elementary.  What are you most thankful for?
