Cross Country is a 3-mile distance running event. We practice Monday-Thursday from 2:30-4:15 pm, and our season lasts from early August until the end of November. Contact Coach Kristen Medina-Perez (email@example.com) for more information.
Our 2021-2022 season will kick-off with try-outs afterschool on Thursday, August 12th. Please come with running shoes, appropriate running clothes, water, and your paper work. You must have a recent LHSAA physical and completed DHS Athletic Eligibility Packet to participate. These documents can be obtained from the front office at DHS or Ms. Medina-Perez.
