Cross Country

  • Cross Country is a 3-mile distance running event. We practice Monday-Thursday from 2:30-4:15 pm, and our season lasts from early August until the end of November. Contact Coach Kristen Medina-Perez ( for more information. 

    Our 2020-2021 season will kick-off Monday, August 17th, in room B-111. Please come with running shoes, appropriate running clothes, water, and your paper work. You must have a recent physical and completed DHS athletic eligibility packet to participate in practice. These documents can be obtained from Mrs. Medina-Perez.
