Welcome to the Math SCHOLARS!  

My name is Mrs. Surmik, formerly Loya, and I will be your child's Math SCHOLARS Teacher.  This is my 14th year as a teacher and my 7th year at Albert Cammon Middle School.    I am a product of St. Charles Parish schools and a proud graduate of Destrehan High School.  I received my Bachelors degree from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Child and Family Development. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching in Middle School Mathematics, also from UNO. 

I am so excited for this year to begin. We are going to do amazing thing!
