Welcome to Harry Hurst! I am Ms. Morvant, and I teach 7th grade American History. This year will be my fourth year teaching at Hurst - THE BEST MIDDLE SCHOOL IN THE STATE. I have always had a passion and curiostiy for events of the past, and I am thrilled that I get to share that passion with young minds. I hope they enjoy learning about history as much as I do. I am excited to be teaching in this upcoming year and look forward for a successful, Hurstastic school year!

Each week I will be posting a weekly agenda detailing our plans for the week. Each agenda includes day by day learning, a study plan, and any upcoming graded assignments. These agendas will also be posted on my Google Classroom pages for students to see as well. 

I have also linked a calendar on my page as well to denote when there will be a graded assignment. Information on how to prepare for that assignment (including study links) will be laid out in detail on the assignment.
