Welcome to my class!

My name is Karlie Castellanos but please feel free to call me Mrs. Cas. This is my third year teaching total and my second year at Hahnville High School. I have a Bachelor's degree in English and all of the courses taken for the Secondary Education degree. I will be reaching out to parents regularly via School Status and email. Through School Status, you can communicate with me through an app that allows you to receive messages directly from your phone as a text.  Please save the number in order to continue conversations or restart them in the future. This year I will be teaching English I, English IV, and Language-for students with Dyslexia. I absolutely love what I do and I am looking forward to a great year!
