Welcome to my 8th Grade Social Studies class! This is my third year at Harry Hurst Middle School. I am a former Roadrunner myself and love pursuing what I love at a place I love. I am looking forward to connecting with each of your students and teaching them to appreciate the history surrounding them! This year I will incorporate Google Classroom with our district-provided Chromebooks. Google Classroom is a tool that allows me to post announcements and reminders for students. It also allows for class assignments and submissions to be posted and collected digitally. 

To access Google Classroom please use the following link https://classroom.google.com/ and have your child log into their Google account. Once logged in, you can review class announcements, assignments and course information. You can also view Google Docs from the "Google Classroom" link on the left side of the menu. 

I am a graduate of Destrehan High School and am excited to be teaching back home!
