I am so excited to begin my 2nd year at Harry Hurst faculty, teaching Choir (6th-8th) and General Music (6th-8th).  This is my 23rd year of teaching.  I have previously taught Choir and Fine Arts Survey at H.L. Bourgeois and South Terrebonne High Schools in Terrebonne Parish.  I am a member of the Louisiana Music Educator's Association and the National Association for Music Education; I am currently serving as the Vice President of the District VII Choral Director's Association, and a member of the American Choral Directors' Association.

I am a proud alum of Southeastern Louisiana University where I earned a Bachelor of Music Education.
