All Hurst Athletic programs require students to get a Physical Examination by a Medical Professional. Physicals are good for one calendar year from the date of the examination. To try out for any sports, students must sign up for tryouts 2 weeks prior to the tryout date. Additionally, the student must have a physical turned into the office no later than one week prior to the try out date. If a student does not sign up to try out and does not turn in a physical by the deadline, they will not be allowed to try out for the sport. This procedure has been put in place for the safety of all students. Please see below for the proper documentation that needs to be completed by your health care provider.
