Hello students and family,

  My name is Destiney Martin and I currently teach English II & Quest for Success. This will be my 3rd year teahing at Hahnville High School and my 7th year teaching in general. I have taught grades 6-12 English as well as special eductaion. I am a graduate of DHS and UNO. I am currently working on my Masters Degree. I have planning time at 4th period in the fall and 1st period in the spring.

ENG. II Supplies Needed
To leave in the classroom:

2 packs of pencils
sticky notes ( yellow, purple, green, blue, and orange. we will be color coding with these specific colors)
highlighters  ( yellow, purple, green, blue, and orange. we will be color coding with these specific colors)

1 composition notebook
a 1.5 inch binder (no bigger or smaller)
loose leaf paper (for the binder)

1 pack of dividers

Please note the specific colors for sticky notes and highlighters and ONLY get those colors.

We will be color coding our annotations for each novel that we will be reading and deviations will cause confusion for your child.

Everyone being on the same page will eliminate confusion and enhance our learning.
