Mrs. Hope Barnhill
Welcome Back! This is my 26th year in Secondary Education and my 10th year at Hahnville High School. I am so very excited to be teaching AP Calculus this year! This is the culmination of all of the math you have ever learned. Mathematical concepts finally start to connect and you get to see why you needed to learn...all that stuff you always asked about! You should have recieved an invite to join my Google Classroom, HB AP Calculus 2020. If not, check your Junk inbox, then email me if you cannot find your invitation. You will be issued a chrome book, TI 81+ Graphing Calculator, textbook, and small marker board to bring back and forth to school. You may use your own calculator and marker board, if you prefer. (I am still not sure if you can use your own computer, but I will find out.)
Below is a list of supplies that would be most helpful. Please remember that I am not allowed to loan out materials this year. (Thanks, COVID!)
See you soon!
-Notebook or Binder with Loose leaf
-Pencils (Ticonderoga are the best!)
-Pens (Multiple colors)
-Expo/Dry erase markers (Multiple colors)
-Optional AP Practice Workbook: Not released until August 4th
