Welcome to my English class. This is my 22nd year teaching and my 11th year at Hahnville High School. I am looking forward to teaching each student. I am teaching English IV AP Literature and Composition, English IV Dual Enrollment, and English II Honors. Before teaching in St. Charles Parish, I taught in Jefferson Parish, St. James Parish, and a private school in Metairie. I taught middle school and high school, but the majority of my teaching has focused on high school.

Google Classroom is the main way I will assign work. Google Classroom is a tool that allows me to post announcements and reminders for students. It also allows for class assignments and submissions to be posted and collected digitally. Students are also able to message me through Classroom when they have questions or concerns. Please make sure that students have the app on their phones and turn on notifications! I will be inviting each student to join my class as we get closer to the beginning of the school year.
