Medical Assistant Team Members Earn Clinical Medical Assistant Certification

Medical Assisting team members have been working diligently to prepare for and pass The National Health Career Association professional certification for healthcare workers in the United States. It is one of the largest certifications in the world. The National Health Career Association works with health training institutions, hospitals, unions, and the US Defense Department through DANTES. These institutions offer allied health programs and use the national certification as their "End Of Program Credential." Most employers and industry organizations prefer their employees to be certified.

Shannon Anderson, Medical Assisting Facilitator, is very proud of her team members and would like to congratulate Natalie Traylor,  Corey Lorio, Jr., Alexandra Johnson, Karsyn Bourg, Gabrielle Leblanc, Briana Urbina, Michaila Bowling, Dawson Moss, and Krislyn Hebert on passing their certification. They can now seek employment at clinics and nursing facilities. Medical Assistants coordinate patient scheduling, facilitate office visits and manage patient records, assist with exams and procedures such as EKG, phlebotomy, and laboratory procedures.  These team members are future-ready!
